Development of new peptide enrichment strategies and reagents possessing high selectivity and efficiency, and are economical to use with samples of varying degrees of complexity is important for the rapid advancement of mass spectrometry based proteomics. Primary focus is on the development of highly efficient polymeric reagents for simplifying complex proteome analysis by the selective enrichment of peptides that have undergone post-translational modifications.
